Orlando recommendations

A friend of mine is flying to Orlando FL next week.
He's a fellow smoker and griller. He'll be staying at an equipped house.
I would be happy to get some recommendations for meat shops and good restaurants for him.

Bubbalous Bodacious BBQ is excellent, it's not far from the Universal theme parks
