I used up some leftovers for a late lunch today...

Sandwich is on sourdough French bread with Shropshire Blue cheese and balsamic glaze. Mashed potatoes were formed into patties, some with cheese, then served with sour cream.

I had a Bad Elf ale to drink with it.
