My first order of sm 5lbs of cherry 1 spicy apple 1 sweet seduction which is best on ribs.

Depends on your palette. They all taste great on ribs. I would use a salt based rub or kosher salt as a second layer.

Cherry, that is my go to on ribs. I get it up a bit with some black pepper, as I feel it can take a little more of that aromatic edge

I have and use all 3 but Sweet Seduction is my fav/go to rub but you cant go wrong with any of Stephs rubs

Should i apply some EVO or worcestershire before rub or just coat with rub.

Either Sweet Seduction or Cherry are great on ribs, or both at the same time as I often do.

Only if you are in a rush and don't have time to sweat the ribs for 30 minutes or so (ambient temp. matters).

careful with the salt and the rub overnight if you go too crazy you can end up with 'hammy' ribs
