As my father in law would say, that's tough to keep lit long enough to smoke, eh!?

Momma's "getting tired of" () ribs and wants brisket.

Looks like I'm putting a brisket (flat... thanks Defense Commissary Agency *sigh*) and some pork burnt ends on to smoke tomorrow.

Oh, snap! Momma just reminded me that Sunday, I'm cooking wings!
- Linda's Buffalo and probably Jamaican Jerk.... unless we go Korean. *drool* - I'm thinking Korean...

Hope you folks have a great weekend!

We are looking at scattered showers today through Sunday, so I am thinking nothing low and slow and nothing with dough that can't take a sprinkle well. I will probably grill up some chipotle chicken thighs and other items I can do quickly when there is a break in the weather.

Doing a test run on the ribs I'm planning on making for memorial day. Going to use wood instead of charcoal for the first time.

Committed to cooking a brisket this weekend. May throw on some other meats as long as the cooker is running..

Full KCBS practice cook on my new Pint. 12 thighs, two butts, 4 slabs of St, Louis ribs and a packer. Trying an assortment of Oakridge rubs and their brine. Gonna still be frickin' raining in Maryland like it has been all month or more. Looking forward to it though.

Tri-tip and *maybe* a smoked version of my mac and cheese, but only after I finish making curry for the Mrs.
