Default Spices online?

There used to be a online site, I though spice rack, for spices. Ginger, onion, rosemary?

Oakridge bbq actually sells bulk spices online too. Some are things a little harder to find.

Yes! Frontier and their sister brand Simply Organic make the best, most flavor-packed and fresh tasting spices I've had. They're not always cheap but when you taste the difference, I think most people would agree they're worth it. And if you buy bulk bags of your most commonly used spices, they're really not too expensive.

Amazon's pricing on some of the regular sized Frontier jars can be ridiculously high though. So if you can't find them locally (all Whole Foods stock them) and you're not wanting a bulk size, just order from their website.

It depends on what you want. Asian stores have these very large
bottles of granulated Garlic, Onion, and the basics, very cheap.

Good stuff at a good price. Shipping is ridiculous and usually keeps me from ordering.
I get most of my stuff at The Spice Merchant in Wichita.

I have a friend who is an Aussie expat here. She was telling me about something quite common down under called Chicken Salt, which apparently has actual dried chicken and mushrooms, other umami, in it. Very common there, used on fries, popcorn, all sorts of things. The only one I could find here that actually has chicken in it is Chook brand. It sounds great so I'll order some and report back. It night actually make boneless breasts into some thing that tastes like, well, chicken!

Thanks!

Our chicken salt is inspired by Australia, but made in California.
