Big butts for a baby shower
Had to do a couple butts (9lbs each) for my Daughter-in-law's baby shower. The last few I've done, I went hot and fast.....decided to slow things down a bit this time. Had them running at about 250 for 10-11 hours. Pulled them off at 205 when they probed like butter. Used BGE Green Pecan seasoning and Royal oak lump on my Char Griller Smokin Pro.
Rubbed the night before....... 2 Hours in....... 6 hours in....... Done and pulled...... |
