Cooked at The Wichita Falls East Volunteer Fire Dept cookoff and got a 4th place ribs and 5th place Brisket out of 24 teams. I was pretty excited about it. :-D Actually got a real trophy this time.

Cant go wrong with Plowboys thats for sure. I screwed my chicken up and didnt figure it would place well, I was right lol. Butchers injection makes one helluva tasty brisket.
