Hi all,
keep playing with my new OTS 22...tonight a great beef sirloin steak reverse seared:

HOT direct (grate inclined to reduce coal distance):


rest 5 mins:


full of taste:

Potatoes: half cooked in the microwave, then some butter, fresh rosemary and salt, on the grate over coals. Great with my bbq sauce (ketchup, worchestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika).
