sir francis drake does 4 butts with hickory chunks and dizzy dust and stoker
before after 14:30 at 230 grid temp plenty of charcoal left for the next cook! |

Looks good Rick. How are you liking your Stoker? Brian and I have been kicking around the idea of sharing the cost for a system...Stoker or Guru...I think he is leaning toward the Stoker.
