What would you charge for a wedding reception 200 people, pulled pork, three sides, sauce and chips? No serving, plates or silverware. It is out of town. I was thinking $9 -10 per person. Thanks for your help!

$10 per person for menu cost but as it is out of town - & I'm guessing that means you're delivering - you should add a delivery/set up fee as well. Depends on how far out & what set up is needed.

If it's out of town or the area you usally work I always add milage. The price of gas these days will soon eat up the profit from the gig. around a 1.00 per mile is what I do. Hopes this helps:wink:.
