Good evening Brotherhood,
Looking to grill some lamb ribs for supper, never done them on the grill before. Any ideas on marinade, grilling tips...etc. would be appreciated.
 
Trim the fat off pretty well. I season Lamb just the same as I do Beef. Grill them
Hot & Fast....or Indirect high heat, then sear them to finish
 
I second the hot and fast method. Less fat than other animals. Anything that you use for beef works well. What are you planning on serving with the lamb, I would base my seasonings off how well it pairs with the side dishes.
 
Just ate lamb chop for dinner. Marinated in evoo, white balsamic vinegar, white wine, fresh tyme, and parsley for 3 hours. HnF on the gasser, rare for me and the 7 year old ( that's my girl) and med. rare for the wife and the monster.

Good eats for sure. Local 4H lamb.
