I'm Don Delashaw from Birmingham, AL. I have judged about a dozen contests over the past few years and have finally signed up for my first contest - Riverfest in Decatur. Team name is Okey Dokey Smokey. Have cooked a lot at home and produced some results that remind me a lot of what I taste out there on the circuit, so I thought why not give it a try myself! If you recognize the last name, I am the brother of that Mark fella you may know. Looking forward to seeing some old faces and making new friends from the other side of the pit!
