Default The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style Chicken & BBQ Dessert - PRON Heavy!!!

Cooked up a 5.5 lb. chicken on my Santa Maria Style Grill yesterday rubbed with The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style Rub. I ran out of red oak logs so I used charcoal with red oak chunks. I also grilled some corn and did some potatoes seasoned with Todds Dirt. For dessert I make some short cake smores thingys. Two of which I added banana to. Everything turned out EXCELLENT and that bird was JUICY!!!! Enjoy the pron!
