Cooking for 60 people

Hello BBQ family,

I am planning on cooking ribs, chicken quarters, and fish (whiting) for 60 people. Also will be cooking hot dogs and hamburgers for the kids. Can someone give me an estimate on how much to buy? The home owner will be providing the sides (beans, slaw, and mac and cheese).

2-3 rib bones per person, 30-40 each of leg quarters and 4-5oz fish filet, and a combo of 2-3 dozen hot dogs and hamburgers for kids.
