Default Shrimp on the Cook N Kettle SR

Well, to simply be an attention whore, I am posting my non-eventful pic of grilling shrimp for the first time. I had the temp around 500 F and did 2 minutes per side. My wife picked up the shrimp from our local Reasor's. They did all the prep work leaving me to simply put the shrimp on the grill.

Grilled shrimp are wonderful and yours look just great.
The shrimp do go further, tho, when interspersed with scallops on the skewers.

I interlink shrimp when I skewer them.
IMO, they cook more evenly.

Something like this.
