I really liked a couple things about this video.

They started with the grate as it shipped and seasoned it while they cooked the first meal.

I've never cooked a flat iron steak but now I want to! I would go a little longer as I like med-rare just past the "jelly" texture.

I really liked the simple rub. I'll have to try that one out.
