Default Labor Day Wings, Butt & Ribs...

Had a bit of a MeatFest on Labor Day, I hope you all enjoyed yours as well






Each Kettle had a family pack of wings on it..





A really nice 3 lb Butt was on the Sm BGE





And 2 racks of spares on one of the Lg BGE's (1 John Henry Pecan/1 SM Sweet & Spicy)

I noticed that too. One has like 1 1/2 '' worth of extension, while the other you barely can see the bone.

Perhaps a fat content difference, I doubt the different rubs would make that much difference.
