Looks fantastic...........I just took Myron's class and we did that and it came out awesome. nice to see someone do it on their own and have great results. I'll be doing that same recipe very soon. Thanks for sharing

Actually eight hours if you consider the four hours in the heating blanket, where it continues to tenderize.
