Hey all,
I recently purchased the green gourmet ECB. Made some modifications and have smoked some good ribs. Now that temps are under control will be trying my hand at some briskets and pulled pork.
Now trying to familiarize myself with the site

Welocme, whereabouts in pequa? I grew up there. Well i havent grown up so i should say that my younger years were spent there.
