Wow, that looks AMAZING. Really nice cook; love the Santa Maria grill too. The price on that hunk o' meat was really good too...we don't get them that cheap here in Texas.

Andy this one was trimmed pretty tight usually at 2.99 there is some work to do

Around these parts I can only find them at RD. $3.59-$3.89/lb. untrimmed for a cryo five pack. After trimming, quite a bit, works out to about $5.30-$5-80/lb.
