Most money I've paid for a steak. 2.2 lb aged Porterhouse. Seasoned with Oakridge Santa Maria seasoning. Seared on the egg and finished at 350 til 130*. It was really good. My little helpers enjoyed it as well.

That's right - just meat and bread. GF's outta town so no veggies tonight!

I think the Labrador got into the brownies! That steak looks great!
 
I try to narrow it down to 1, maybe 2 food groups when the wife is out of town and one of them is always meat and usually a steak that looks like that one.:clap2:
 
Wouldn't be nothing but bone left if I had payed that much. I see some flavor left. :icon_bugeyed
