-garlic
-salt
-pepper
-bakingpowder or water with bubbles
-rest overnight in the Phridge


According to my colleague is this traditional...without all the extra ingredients.

I have a Croatian co-worker. His recipe calls for 1 part ground veal, 1 part ground lamb, and 2 parts ground beef. Baking powder is correct. Salt, pepper and garlic are correct. He adds a "Eastern European flavor profile" that he won't divulge, but I think one of ingredients is onions.

I may have to waterboard him for the rest of the recipe....just kidding...

We are the hojpoj boiling pot of the world we use both metric and standard measurements for everything, I can't imagine we will choose any one standard of anything on earth as we are as diverse as anything can be. IMHO.
