Ribeye on the kettle tonight w/ baked sweet potato.

Tomorrow, I'll grill some tikka'd lamb for lamb tikka masala, some sort of veg or perhaps rice, cucumber raita, and banana samosas for desert.

Shrimp tacos on Sunday night.

From reading this thread, a whole bunch of folks are going to eat well this weekend!

Y'all please be safe and keep the thin blue rolling.

I had popcorn tonight...Yeah popcorn...But it did have Naturiffic hot salt.

Tomorrow will probably be something weird. Not talking about it yet.

Sunday will be some Pasole. Pork is already smoked. Easy money.
Probably smoke a butt and nekkid fatty for future feasts.

Barbacoa, al pastor and carnitas.

Inside of Gorditas from a local place. I can’t speak Spanish and sometimes have to use google translation to get the order right. This place is so good.

Plan to grind some pork trimmings for sausage and I have some riblets I saw at the store for 1.75 I'll probably snack on. I'm busy, so no big cooks this weekend

Yes, Bruce... those are the best places... especially when I'm the only gringo in the joint, and they truly humor me.
