Default First Trip to Restaurant Depot

Denver just opened up a Restaurant Depot and I made my first trip today. Its the first place around here that I've found whole CAB Briskets. I came away with too much stuff to fit in my freezer. Guess I'll have to fire up the smoker.

I believe it was $2.07 / pound. Grocery store here is $1.99 for select briskets.

That's 50 cents @ lb less than my Boston meat purveyor charges.
