Chuck Roast on Sale, lucky dog.
Went to my local Harris Teeter and saw that they had a sale on Angus Chuck Roast for $1.99 per pound, usually $4.99 a pound. So I took advantage and bought three. The sale lasts until the 4th of November.
   When I got home, my boxer, Leila, seemed to be waiting patiently, which is not usually the case.  It was then that I realized that I have forgotten to take her chicken wings out to defrost. She is on the raw food diet. So I did what any one would have done for man's best friend. I took the smallest chuckie and cut it up for her dinner.  She waited patiently for her dinner.  When she was given her food she went to town and was very happy.  The other chuckies will have their day on the smoker, soon.
