Default T-Bone Tonight!

On the BLUE Performer. Cowboy lump. salt, pepper, some garlic powder. Hit it with some butter at the end of cooking. Reverse sear. Rested ten minutes and then eaten. It was very very good. Last weekend Costco had Choice T-Bones for $6.99/lb. Only bought one three-pack. Should have scored more than that!

Ready to go on! sat out for about 45 minutes.
