Just to let anyone interested know, there will be a KCBS CBJ class in Lexington, NC on February 19th. This will propbably be the only KCBS CBJ training in North Carolina this year. They are getting ready for the "Inagural Barbeque Capital Cook-off" in Lexington in April (the FIRST ever BBQ competition in Lexington!).
There wasn't ANY KCBS CBJ training in North Carolina last year.
