Default Saturday Smoke - first time beef roast (Pron)

Had a good saturday. Got to smoke some turkey, beef roast and MOINKS!

We decided to try something new and make our own lunch meat. So my wife bought a turkey breast. I brined it over night put some rub on it and smoked it. I also had a beef roast of some kind so I rubbed it and put it on the smoker. Here is the pron. Turkey then Beef then MOINKs.

Thanks for looking

Thanks. We started wit the MOINKs for apps and then the beef. We nibbled on the turkey a little but saved the bulk for lunches.

Good job! For my tastes the beef is overcooked, but as long as you liked it then it was a success!
