I love mine. On my to do list is to make some type of chicken wing hanger for the basket. Idea being to put a little smoke on some wangs and then finish in the big easy.

Well done! And you don't have to kill any vegetation dumping out peanut oil!

Not to mention all the peanuts saved. Otherwise they may have continued to flourish.

An EZ hanger is to take a metal skewer and cut it to length to either the basket with or even the top. You can hang "S" hooks off them. I know folks who do ribs and chickens that way.

Nice bird. Used my Big Easy for the first time today. Your bird looks a little better I think.

Looks much better than the bird I ate today! (note I said ate, not cooked! )

This is the second bird I've seen you do like this, and it's seriously pushing me towards getting one of those things - it really looks fantastic Toast. Hope y'all had a great Thanksgiving - we sure did.

Hope you had a Great Thanksgiving too. The Big Easy pays for itself the first couple of times you use it in peanut oil savings.

Love mine too! Picked it up for 50.00 on clearance a year or two ago. Used to do them on the vertical smoker but the big easy is quicker and easier. Crammed an 18.6 pounder in it yesterday. Was a tight fit but worked well!
