Looks Great!! You use the bean burner much? I have one on the used Shirley I bought and hardly use the thing.

I actually need to work on it. Seems to be getting a bad air mix and keeps blowing out. But I have used it a few times on competition weekends...

Thanks boys...I had issues with brisket and butts not finishing up last time I did the long meats (there is a thread about it somewhere). The advise around here was correct, that Shirley much prefers to run closer to 250 than 225. It was one of the smoothest long cooks iv had on her..
