Buffalo ABTs

Doing some ground buffalo and cheese stuffed jalepenos on the gasser today.

I also found a free supply of gator meat so I will probably be trying some gator stuffed one in the future.

Follow up - I am very disappointed in this. I mixed the ground Buffalo with shredded cheese and then put some provolone in with it. I seasoned the meat with some BBQ rub and put on the bacon. It was OK but surely not the flavor and richness you get by using pork for the stuffing. I guess I need to find something else to do with the remaining 3lbs of ground Buffalo I have left.
