Default Ribs and Chicken

Yesterday was a rainy day here in Arkansas so ribs and chicken was the order of the day.

I tried a couple of new items.

One rack was rubbed with Tx BBQ Rub Wild and then glazed with Pineapple-Habanero TPJ in the last 45 min. That stuff is very good.

The other rack was rubbed with a new home brew.

The chicken was rubbed with Plowboys Yard Bird. Very good rub. Very impressive. I am using it on ribs next time.

There's a local wings joint that has a "Mango / Habanero", that's some good sauce!

Oh, your ribs and yard bird are killer looking!

Buffalo Wild Wings?

They have a Mango Habenero sauce. But with 500+ nationwide I wouldn't call them local!

I just call them my other home.
