Default Blackened Shrimp and Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos

Loving having access to fresh seafood (shout out to The Fish House in Apex). Made blackened shrimp tacos and grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos tonight for my in-laws. Smiles all around!
