Default Grünkohl mit Bratkartoffeln Thüringer mit Rostbratwurst Tubesteak baby.Pr0n

One of my good friends has a sausage shop. I posted a reply in this thread about his shop making the "Guiness book of records, worlds biggest hot dog"

Well I asked him to grind me 5 lbs of Thuringer Bratwwurst, which, of course, he was happy to do. I stuffed the Sausage myself in my KitchenAide stand mixer.

Which we have discussed here before, and yes, I know, it stinks for stuffing sausage, but I had to make do, with what I had.

This is what I made,

Then I gathered all the rest of the ingredients for tonight's dinner

Fried some potatoes with onion, and a crumbled fatty, pork belly and bacon fat

Smoked the Brat with some Kale, olive oil. garlic, onions and crispy pork belly with Beck' beer in the braiser.

Put the whole family together on the Kamado

Seared the Thuringer Hot & fast

Got busy plating

The Money Shot!

Thanks for lookin and I'll keep on cookin!
Jed
