I cannot explain how tender and flavorful this rib roast was. I told my wife if it wasn't that the butcher and I were gonna have words. Well I'm gonna have words for sure. It was fantastic. The wife made spaetzle and I did a roasted Brussel sprout recipe from Triple D that we love.l

Nice looking beef you got there! I am going to cook a 6 bone for Christmas on my Egg. Can't wait! Happy Anniversary! We are coming up on our 29th here in a couple months. Oh, this is my second marriage. First lasted almost 10 years.... I guess I enjoy being married :)
