Default Just me and the dog tonight...wings!

Well, it was just me and the dog all day so I crossed off some yard work chores, drank some beers, and decided to make some wings. I had chicken fingers so didn't want to handle the phone, that means no prep shots. You're not missing much, all I did was some salt, pepper, Sriracha, & olive oil. Put them on the Mini-WSM at 325-350 and then after they hit about 170 IT I hit them with some Sweet Bay Rays and opened all the vents to crank up the heat. On to the pr0n:

Coffee can chimney getting the Mini-WSM going:

My buddy for the day/night:

As mentioned before, no prep or grill pics...but here's the final product:

Ralphie eyeing up the wings:

The end:

They turned out really well. I think maybe next time, at the end, I'll hit them with the sauce and put them on the Smokey Joe to crisp them up.

Thanks for looking
