Sam's Club? My local Sam's Club here in NC has CAB for all their beef.

Has anyone found USDA prime whole briskets anywhere?

I know of a few places that will special order but they're quite expensive.

I know Hirsch's Meat Market in Plano has prime and Wagyu briskets, and probably has cab, but that's a long drive from Burleson or Fort Worth.

Have you checked Country Meat Market? I can't say whether they do or do not have it or can get it, but they would probably be worth a try.

Yeah I talked to the guy over there and he said he could order prime briskets by the case for me. But that he couldn't order 1 or 2 because he can't sell prime to the public, no one will buy them...

Here in Austin, you can get whole packer style PRIME briskets for about $2.50/pound all day long at Costco. They aren't CAB but they are excellent quality at a great price.
