Default Kosmos Chicken Soak question

My Kosmo chicken soak was delivered today.
The directions say to rinse off the marinade. I understand why,
but do you then add rub once it's rinsed or just smoke it without?

How dose doing skin surgery affect the thighs or is recommended
not to do the whole skin surgery thing with the chicken soak?

What liquid are you using to mix it with?

Thanks

John

No... A quick rinse under cold water will work just fine.
