2 questions
1. Is it bad that when I am starting my smoker in the morning for a new cook that there were still smoldering coals from the night before? Is that a sign if an addict?

2. Doesn't this look yummy?

I've had the same thing happen to me when i forgot to shut down the exhaust on my uds as well, so I had to take advantage of it . Its amazing how little amount of air will keep a fire going in a uds.

It is the iGrill http://www.igrillinc.com/

I really like it. Good range on the Bluetooth and good battery life.
