Default Tuesday Night Catfish.

I took a break from the smoke to bask in some hot oil for a change. 4lbs of US farm raised catfish nuggets. No plated photo or sides (sweet coleslaw would have been awesome though) as we ate it right from the pan. Just a bowl of tartar sauce for dipping and a bottle of Crystal hot sauce. I think my little buddy was hungrier than I was (he got his share). Thanks for looking.

Catfish is one of my favorites. Gotta have some soon, NOW. Glad to see you and your sidekick enjoyed your meal.

Now that is good eats. Best cat fish I have had was when I use visit my mother in Palm City FL. I was the one who would go to this place with her. Converted gas station. My mother was upset when they got in door plumbing. Food was amazing and all you could eat

Only 4 pounds?
That wouldn't last long at my house.

That is my favorite! Grew up on it and still love it. The other day, I was extremely impressed grilling catfish nuggets on a skewer, seasoned with some Naturrific peppery lime seasoning. That will happen again soon!

Had some cat today. Reminds me how how much better it is than the tilapia we have been getting at the fast food joints. Yours looks Mighty Fine!

I'm so old I remember when fish and seafood was "poor-man's" food
and catfish was near the bottom of the list.
That's why I love it ALL!

Yours looks fantastic.
Think I'll run down to Publix and see if they fried some up in the Deli today.
