I made a salsa ala BobBrisket and mixed that with the ground beePh.
The Phatty could've used a bit more salt,less garlic and cumin.

Yeah, you gotta watch the cumin. A little goes a long way. And, it kind of "blooms" as you cook. Cumin is used a lot down here in "Tejas." It's really easy to use too much, if you're not used to using it.

I wish I was eating that!! instead I am snacking on paardenrookvlees, Beschuit and Extra aged Gouda, While good... not as good as that phatty looks!
