Pulled Pork Butt Tacos :)

I barbecued my second pork butt today -- and it came out just as good as the first! I loving this lil mini wsm!

I'm finding my favorite use for the pork butt is in tacos topped with salsa verde! I love the smokey taste in the tacos with that green tomatillo based salsa! (Like last time, I rubbed it with Lawry's seasoned salt only, and used a bit of shack attack for the sauce along with the juice that was in the foil.)

Yeah I've made my own salsa verde, but most of the time I just buy the lil 75 cent cans of it--tastes pretty good. I'll have to try it in enchiladas thanks
