Babbling Farker
I was watching the cook off last nite to see if i could pick up any useful tips.There was a woman using a propane grill and cooking in a cast iron skillet.Said she did not use charcoal or wood cause it interfered with the true flavor of the meat. Needless to say, she did not make the top 10 much less win. I think it was her entry that had the judge stating" what a waste of a good piece of meat"
