Being a redneck from GA I've never heard of that dish but I would dang sure hit a plate of the spicy.

I'd love a plate of that with a side of mango sticky rice and a cold Singha.

Some parts of me really miss living on the other side of the world.

I really need to look into finding seeds for Thai Basil.

Thanks, Marc! I've usually had good luck finding seedlings in the nursery in spring time. Not sure if that's something you can even do in the high deserts of New Mexico though... If you do grow it, just make sure you keep deflowering it, and it will produce from May through early October
