Stuffed with pepper jack cheese and green chiles. Think I'm gonna need to spice it up a bit more next time but it was pretty darn good.

That's one ugly drum smoker you got there. :) Grub looks good though.

Ive never tried stuffing a tenderloin but must try that sometime soon.

I love that ghetto drum and the looks I get when people see it. It sure beats the hell out of the ECB I was using previously.
