For an everyday hot sauce, I use Frank's Red Hot.
But I have recently discovered this one and after making a batch, I like it a lot. Bob’s Habanero Hot Sauce – Liquid Fire Ingredients: 12 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped 1 (15.5 ounce) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup 1/2 cup dark molasses 1/2 cup yellow mustard 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1 cup distilled white vinegar 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons paprika 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice Directions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until liquefied. Pour into clean jars, and refrigerate overnight before using.

I hate to chime in on this because I am not a HOT hot sauce type of guy and most people think hot sauce has to be hot in order to qualify.
Now I use hot sauce, Gallons at a time, to flavor my fried chicken. which is then cut with 2 /3 milder ingredients so it cuts oit down. My fav sauce for this is Cajun Chef Louisiana Hot Sauce. Very Mild but flavorful for my purposes. If I wanted to heat something up though I would not chose a dash of it.
