Talking mini egg lands!

this thing is gonna be fun! i can tell already!

i picked up this mini egg at the waldorf eggfest this weekend, first cook was jamaican jerk pork tenderloin at the eggfest afterparty, then the second was tonight after i drove home for nine hours!

Damn you Rick! Now I have to go find another egg to keep in the count! I passed on a new mini earlier this year for $180 and now wish I had picked it up just so I would be neck & neck in the egg count.
Where the hell is that waskally Easter Wabbit when I need another egg?
