Today was a wonderful day for Smoking Meats....
Got the DrumPit Ready for today's offerings..

Started off with a 5lb Bolo Chub rubbed with Olive Oil and Stubb's Rosemary and Ginger Rub, a 3lb Meatloaf, and a JD Maple Fatty...

Added some Chicken Thighs and Legs a little later that had been marinating in Italian Dressing over night, ended up with the elusive "bite thru skin", Delicious......

Whilst I was Smoking Meat, My Daddy and I ran electrical power to my Barn... This is Odell working the Power Service "Hot"...He's a Hellova Man...And I love him dearly....I was standing behind him with a 2x4 just in case I had to knock him off the electical service box...:wink:

Food looks awesome!!

I'm not sure what it is about that generation, but they love to work on electricity while it's hot. Personally I don't like playing with something I can't see.
