Smile What cool weather is good for...butter and cheese! Pr0n

A little colby jack, cheddar and butter ready for the cold smoker. I'm using a mixture of hickory, mesquite and a little lump in my Smoke Daddy that i have hooked up to a little smoke house.

Now for about a 3 hour wait! Love the smell of smoke going on a crisp Fall Day

Looks like you made it to the store.

I need to try some butter.

How much smoke flavor does it take on?

Exactly what I was thinking.

I've heard of smoked cheese but not smoked butter. Tell us more about it.

Anything you use butter with might as well do it with a smoked version. It's gotta be fairly cool out unless you have a climate controlled smoke box....which i'll do one of these days with a mini refrigerator.

Only takes about 3 hours to take some good smoke on.

Three hours? I only smoke cheese for one to one-and-a-half hours. That butter must pack a smoke wallop.
