Have had this book for 7 or 8 years and it rocks! These are the real deal recipes. Much to be learned from this book.

I know this is not "Q-Talk" but I had to tell the brethren about it after having cooked so many great things from it.

That is a great book. Great chef and recipes. His web site has a lot of good recipes.
